Hold the back D-ring, lift the safety harness, and gently shake it to separate the straps. Ensure the leg straps are not knotted. Ensure all straps are completely unfastened. Before use, inspect all components, webbing, stitching, and buckles.

- With the seat belt in hand, insert both hands into the shoulder straps and keep the seat belt open.
- Flip the harness over, insert your elbows into the shoulder strap loops, and slide your arms through these loops.
- Release the shoulder straps, pass your other arm through the other shoulder strap loop, and allow the harness to fall onto your shoulders, ensuring no twisting of the shoulder straps.
- Before adjusting, secure all the straps. Position the chest strap correctly and fasten the chest’s “H” buckle . Place the leg straps in the appropriate position and fasten both left and right leg “H” buckles.
- Ensure the straps are not twisted, and the free ends of the straps are on the outside, away from your body. Holding the “H” buckle, pull the straps tight enough for comfort, slide the adjuster loops along the leg straps to secure the strap ends.
- Adjust the straps: Start by adjusting the shoulder straps to ensure the back D-ring is centered on your back.
- Then, adjust the length of the chest and leg straps using the “H” buckles, not too loose and not too tight, for optimal comfort. Slide the adjuster loops to fix the straps in the right position, ensuring the free ends of the straps do not extend too far.
- Connect the shock absorber: If connecting a shock absorber to the chest attachment points, both points must be securely connected.
- Regular inspections of adjustments and fasteners must be conducted before and during use.
